    Contact us here and we’ll personally respond with our Services + Pricing Guide for you to review, answering any questions along the way.

  2. Choose Your Package/Service
    After you let us know which package/service you’re interested in booking, we’ll check our availability and decide on a tentative start date together. We’ll gather a few details about your business and create a Statement of Work.

    Note: Some business owners need a lot of marketing help and aren’t sure where to focus first. If that’s you, please let us know! We’d be happy to give you our honest recommendation based on your business goals and budget.

  3. Review + Sign
    We’ll send you a Statement of Work along with our contract for you to review and sign. Depending on your package or service, we may require a deposit at this time.
  1. Discovery Meeting
    The fun begins! We’ll meet (in person or over Zoom) for a deep-dive meeting. This is where we ask a lot of questions and take vigorous notes. Our goal is to learn everything we can in order to create the best strategy and content for you. We’ll also chat about the timeline for deliverables, how the review & approval process will work, and any communication preferences you may have.
  1. Our Work Begins
    After the Discovery Meeting, we’ll get started and stay in communication with you for your reviews, feedback, approvals, etc.

No. When you pay for marketing on platforms like The Knot and WeddingWire (also known as “paid media”), you’re contributing to their business model, not your own.

Our services are supporting your content, SEO, organic traffic, etc. Our goal is to help you organically grow your online presence so you don’t have to rely on paid media.

Just like brides and grooms sign your contracts, we have ours as well. But, don’t worry, we won’t lock you into anything crazy. If you select an on-going service (i.e. social media management), the commitment is only month-to-month.

Thankfully, our process keeps you in control.

We have a lot of experience in corporate marketing, where nothing can be published until it’s approved, blessed, and given a thumbs-up by 12 different departments.

That means, we have our own strong processes in place. All content is presented to you first — for your review, feedback, and approval — before it’s published. And, for website updates, we’ll show you how to make a back-up of your existing site content before we make changes — just to be safe.
