Our Story

Hi friend! We’re Ben and Cheryl, the techy-creative couple in Temecula Wine Country.

We come from the world of corporate marketing — leading teams, running multi-million dollar campaigns, and multitasking to the max.

As parents, we realized our long commutes and stressful deadlines were consuming our family time. So, we decided to combine our efforts and start our own digital marketing business.

We began by growing and serving Ben’s existing audience on YouTube (more on that below). After that, Cheryl saw her fellow wedding vendors stressed out and missing huge opportunities to market their business smarter and more professionally. So, she swooped in to support them.

Cheryl Cummings ​

With her bachelor’s degree in marketing and master’s degree in management, Cheryl led a digital marketing content team for many years at a luxury international resort company. Some of the spinning plates she juggled included all of the copywriting, video, and photo production for multiple websites, landing pages, email journeys, blogs, social media, and ad campaigns.

During her corporate career, she also ran her own wedding photography business. That’s where she found “her people.” The ones who care just as much as she does about client experience, attention to detail, and making things look magazine-worthy (while under a ton of pressure).

Working in weddings and corporate events, Cheryl understands the high stress of client expectations, make-it-work moments, and how important word of mouth is for your business. That’s why she’s the perfect partner to come alongside your business and support you behind the scenes.

  • She worked as a choreographer and competitive cheerleading coach for 10 years.
  • Jesus is her rock.
  • She doesn’t like chocolate. (You read that right.)
  • Motherhood is her favorite full-time job.

Ben Cummings ​

Coming from a family of educators, Ben has a natural gift for teaching. After earning his MBA, he wanted to build his own website, but struggled to find easy-to-understand tutorials. So, he took it upon himself to learn everything he could and film clear, step-by-step videos on YouTube to teach others (without the techy jargon and half-baked instructions).

He quickly realized, helping others start their own websites was 10x more fulfilling than his corporate career. Now, he’s a YouTuber offering down-to-earth tech support, online courses, and supporting Cheryl’s clients with their website issues.

Fun Facts About Ben:

  • He’s obsessed with BBQ, basketball, and Kansas City sports.
  • He’s your really tall friend at 6’4.
  • He sings, plays guitar, and is classically trained in the violin.
  • Being a dedicated father + husband is his #1 priority.
